Since its official establishment in 1963, the Lamborghini nameplate has carried a sort of allure and flamboyant excellence that has driven the company to the very top of the luxury sports car market. First making his mark with the 350 GTV a year after his debut, company founder Ferruccio Lamborghini would waste no time by releasing an all-new revolutionary model in 1966 known as the Miura. It became the first production supercar with a rear mid-engine two-seat layout and became the fastest production road car the world had seen. The Countach would go through five different distant variations during its 16-year production run, and the last and final version in 1989 and 1990 would be the most aggressive and aesthetically pleasing form the world had seen.

First introduced in 1988 to celebrate the company's milestone achievement, the 25th Anniversary Edition Countach was offered for two years and a total of just 657 left the factory. It was a vehicle that stated Lamborghini cared as much about design as it did boundary-pushing performance. The first model had a 4.0-litre engine that produced 370 horsepower and 270 lbs.-ft of torque; while this model, the most refined version, is equipped with a 5.2-litre fuel-injected engine that yields 455 horses and 370 lbs.-ft of thrilling tire melting twist. A fuel-injected variant, it’s one of approximately 25^th Anniversary Editions produced for the North American Markets. 

Most importantly this rare Countach had a documented, $76,000 engine out servicing by one of the best in business in 2013, marque expert Evans Automotive Repair in Columbus, Ohio. The major overhaul also included the transmission to be disassembled and resealed, the clutch was replaced, the air-conditioning system was rebuilt, and the electrical system was addressed.
